Yanick Gagné, Executive Director, Canadian Business Strategies Yanick Gagné is the division’s head strategist. He is also in charge of contract negotiations, defining the terms of agreements with our clients, establishing product specifications and delivery timelines, as well as post implementation support requirements.
Terry Pepler, National Director, Business Development Terry Pepler brings more than 24 years experience in Canada and the US in the cooperative sector. He has also been involved in international cooperative projects in Poland, Kenya, Belize and the Carribean.
